Program Tracks
Touching America School of Massage offers flexible scheduling options designed to support a variety of student needs and lifestyles. All program options complete the same 500-hour massage therapy curriculum required for graduation and licensure.

Students are provided an additional one-month grace period beyond their scheduled graduation timeline to complete remaining program requirements without additional tuition charges.
Students requiring additional time beyond the grace period may complete remaining coursework or hours at a rate of $10 per required hour.
*Program length is estimated and may vary based on holidays, school closures, attendance, and individual student progress.Â

Signed Physician Statement in good health – It must state moderate to strenuous exercise is appropriate for this student AND student is free of contagious or infectious diseases.

Human Anatomy & Physiology
Study of the structure and function of the human body including major body systems, muscular anatomy, skeletal anatomy, tissue structure, and physiological processes relevant to massage therapy practice.
Kinesiology & Movement Principles
Study of the structure and function of the human body including major body systems, muscular anatomy, skeletal anatomy, tissue structure, and physiological processes relevant to massage therapy practice.

Foundations of Massage Therapy
Students develop foundational hands-on massage therapy skills including draping, therapist body mechanics, client positioning, pressure adaptation, session flow, and therapeutic application.
Swedish Massage Techniques
Instruction includes foundational Swedish massage methods including effleurage, petrissage, friction, tapotement, compression, relaxation-based techniques, and full-session integration.
Deep Tissue & Therapeutic Techniques
Students are introduced to deeper therapeutic massage applications designed to address muscular tension, tissue restriction, and therapeutic treatment goals.
Specialty Modalities & Integrative Techniques
Students explore a variety of specialty massage modalities and therapeutic approaches commonly incorporated into massage therapy and wellness settings. Modalities may include:

Electrotherapy Fundamentals
Introduction to basic electrotherapy concepts, therapeutic electrical stimulation awareness, safety considerations, contraindications, and professional application principles relevant to massage therapy environments.
